Why is he so important to the point that some want to make a GA a position coach? I always hear he is one of the best recruiters, but what proof do we have of this other than his Kelly connection? Not trying to pick a fight with him, just baffled by how IMPORTANT A GA is to so many. Don't think I've seen anything like it before.
