I enjoyed the radio play by play tonight.....but..

I think the announcers today just don't say the players name enough. For example, the long pass(only) that Akron got tonight they mentioned the receiver but failed to mention who was the db in OU coverage. Very few names when we were making several subs. Sometimes you guy's just to need to report the game and get off the ESPN type hype.

Don't you have some spotters that report the subs? If not, I believe Absolute0 has some experience.

I know it's a petty complaint, but so many times tonight i heard how Bonds or Walker were making plays and I had no idea they were in the game until after the play.....JMO

Back to TV next week.

Back in the Brooks and Treps years the radio was actually visual to the listener. You could visualize every play. I just didn't see it tonight.
