While maybe not the best quarterback if mayfield wins the job he will get the ball to our playmakers far more often than not. The skill players in this offense are far better overall than 2000. Do you remember the last third of 2000? Heupel had a ton of issues throwing the ball more than ten yards downfield. The D is what won it that year, at least pat.
