Lol @ TBOW. I wonder if this is an anomaly or if there really isn't as much talent in California lately as there used to be.

Edit:
Looked up some stats and the talent in California seems to be clearly declining. Probably need to check the 247 composite to confirm. It could be that rivals has less coverage in California than they used to so some players go unrecognized.
