How do you change an internet address into a picture or a gif to post here

It's already a gif.

Paste the address into the "picture" option and it will post.

It's the icon to the right of the "smilies" icon in the menu bar at the top of the reply box. Mouse over it and it will say "Image". Click on that, paste the address, then click Insert. Boom you're set!!
