One thing working against him is he hates recruiting. However, he's as good at as any coach out there at identifying talent that others overlook to fit his scheme. I'll go so far to say this...until NIL is reigned it (if ever), he'll keep osu legitimate, because the players he's after aren't looking for NIL deals.
