Heisman voting

Per the criteria:
“Annually recognizes the outstanding college football player whose performance best exhibits the pursuit of excellence with integrity”.

Does a player deserve this award who paints their nails with “F*ck Utah” epitomize this definition? This in an era where horns down is egregious?

I have my opinion and how it represents the culture created by the coach….prefer Venables culture.
