I have to watch listening to that POD and Grant especially after a tough game, b/c he can make me feel like putting a gun to my head, but he is 100% right.
They also brought up a good point that they feel Grinch scheme requires NFL players at every position. I have my doubts about that based on his success at WAZZU but maybe he had better players there than we think.
Is Grinch's scheme unrealistic for CFB? Even with the talent OU should be able to bring in?
