Baker has "it". He's not Sam Bradford by a long shot. However, his confidence and "swag" are intangibles that has earned the respect of his teammates. For those of you who have played sports, you know how important it is to have a leader that you can believe in...I've gotta tell ya, I feel pretty good with him behind center.
