2025 Galveston (TX) Ball DB Jonah Williams made it to Norman around 8 pm Thursday.
Originally, Williams was supposed to attend the last session of Thursday's Sooners' Elite Camp, but that go nixed and changed to a Friday visit once the logistics weren't compatible for both sides. Now, Williams will be able to visit and stay all day on Friday. A source told me late Thursday that it was "much better for all parties involved and allowed the whole staff to be around Williams while he was in Norman that way. Not rushed, either."
This is big for the Sooners to have the 2025 four-star and top 100 overall DB on-campus. With Brandon Hall already building a strong relationship with Williams, and him coming up on his own dime, Oklahoma is hoping this visit is long lasting in the groundwork OU hopes to lay on Friday.
