...between press coverage and playing 10 yards off?
I've seen in several threads where people question the point of a 10 yard cushion... that others come in and say "you can't play press coverage the whole time"...
I haven't seen a single person who's questioned the 10 yard cushion say that we should be in press coverage the whole time.
There are a LOT of yards in between 1 and 10... 3 and 4 yard cushions... 5 and 6 yard cushions... but 10 yard cushions are incredibly pointless imo. Unless it's like 3rd and 20, why give them 10 yards? If you don't want to get beat deep, give 'em a 5 yard cushion...
Anyway... just not sure why people think those of us that are sick of the 10 yard cushions think we are calling for press coverage every play ---- we aren't.
