Great to see Austin get some PT Saturday... he aquitted himself very well I thought - I have NO doubt that without Cooks here we never see that kid (saw him a couple years ago in the State Championship game) - thought he was a bit small but very fast/quick.... him playing COULD pay dividends next year for recruiting purposes as Cedar Hill is obscenly loaded for 2016/17 season, plus its great to see a kid develop. Watching Kansas v Oklahoma St replay.... Kansas is BAD.... not at all impressed with the cowboys either (and not just this game Texas, and UTSA)...... One thing I have NEVER liked about the staff here is they so seldom recruit a Akeem Grant type player - OU staff (seems) to have a triangle number standard (height, weight, speed) that they are wedded to - David Glidden is another example.. would love to see them scour the earth looking for a true 4.3 guy (who can catch, not just a track guy).
