She recently ruled that Universities can pay athlete's directly, but she doesn't know anything about sports. Well, it over. And OU is in trouble. We are losing players and coaches faster than should be expected. It's all about money. The NBA has seen a 48% decliine in viewership since 2012 - a slowly sinking ship. (if you wondered why Cuban sold - now you know). NCAA football is next and every stadium in America is going to eventually look like all the California schools - half empty.
