Uh, excuse me, I picked the 'Boys to win...
This is true

Baylor for some reason tends to pee down their leg when they step onto the turf at Boone Pickens stadium.......RGIII brought in two really good teams and both games were over by half time, two years ago we beat them 49-17 , they were undefeated and ranked #2...........things can always change, but until its proved otherwise I think you have to think OSU has a pretty good shot at them...........the big thing for me though, is this season is kind of like a practice for next year, OSU returns 10 starters on offense and 9 on defense, and thats if Ogbah decides to enter the draft..........so next year should be our strongest team, although the schedule won;t be as favorable
I guess we will know more after your game with Baylor, but it is sure looking like the two best teams in the Big 12 are our teams. It would be cool to play for it all on Nov 28th AND a trip to Final Four.

I think that if OU beats Baylor, that the conference and Fox should move the game to the same day as the CCG's. And consider the open date for both, the SEC equivalent of Alabama hosting Charleston Southern.. Yes, that's a real college football school.
Yes, it is. But if OU beats Baylor, there is a pretty good chance that Bedlam will be for the conference title and who knows what else.

That would be the ideal situation.
I'd think FOX would be thrilled to have undefeated OSU and 10-1 OU the same day as the CCG's. It's a more attractive match up than Florida vs whoever wins the West. It's a better matchup than Iowa vs the East winner. It's a way better matchup than Stanford vs Utah. All the Pacs and all the SECs have a loss.
A game so traditional that it has its own name has some serious college football attractiveness that a CCG doesn't have. And it's a CCG without the title. FOX would love the move, I'd expect.
I know what you're saying, but it would be nearly impossible to change a date this time of year. People have booked hotels, taken vacation, food joints ordered extra food...on and on.
I have never, ever seen a game rescheduled unless is was due to weather or another disaster. It's not going to happen.
Now tell me for when those reservations were made? Everybody knows that they have to have flexibility while waiting for TV to decide the kickoff time. So the reservations have to be flexible.
While a few might not be able to be moved to a week later, most would. That would be the easiest of the challenges. It's not like it's Tech, and people are coming from Lubbock in droves. Okay, Waco. I know OSU has out of town fans, but most of the people planning to come aren't staying in a hotel.
Can you name one time when a schedule was changed other than weather or disaster? Case closed.
Now if your calling for the Big12 to pre-schedule more than one game to coincide with the CCG games every year, I'm all for it. We played OSU during that date last year. Maybe we could schedule two or three in the future..............
The GOTC was. From the Saturday prior to Thanksgiving and OSU had to chip in and move Bedlam to a week later. So that was two games.
Every game every week is moved to when TV wants to do the broadcast.
I think it would be in our best interest that the Pokes win all their games like OU. The last game wiould be for all the marbles. What's everyone else's thoughts?
