Brace yourselves......

I'd like to think that you know what you are talking about. I sincerely hope you do. That would be terrific.

Well I would like to think I do as well. This was ruled on almost 2 months ago. Guess what still no video. The Video is property of Picklemans and Picklemans says no dice to the media. There is no court that can make Picklemans give the media the video period. The court can rule that the DA has to make it public, but guess what they no longer have the video, it was returned to its owner. LOL all the Media did was proved their point about public records, nothing more. I think it's funny.

Pinkleman's destroyed "their copy" of the video. I do remember the judge at the time ruled that a copy would be made and preserved. Now whether that video still exists is another question.

You read right, but even copies belong to the owner unless the owner consent to it. And Picklemans never consent to it. No tape will be viewed......the only time it could have been viewed was when the DA had it in there possession it was viewed by the media at that time. The media didn't get to copy or allowed show it. The media was pissed and took it to the courts and all the courts ruled on is the while in the possession of the courts it is public record. The video is no longer in the possession of the DA it was released back to its owner. The only remaining copy Norman police department has and they can not let it go without permission of picklemans. It is in evidence only if the case was brought back to a trial. The case is closed only litigation for pain and suffering can be heard in court at this time. And that is civil not criminal. The DA wouldn't be involved and wouldn't have a copy of the video. Again the video will not be made public.
