I think many may forget just how close OU has been to this being a 3rd year in a row of losing to Texas. OU beating Texas last year really was a miracle. OU played awful last year at the RRR. Some forget that last year OU had 29 total yards of offense.....AT HALFTIME!! Luckily for OU, Texas was just horrendous and didn't put OU in a hole that first half they couldn't dig themselves out of. And seriously...the last 3 years have been against teams that led to one head coach getting canned, and this years Texas team against a coach that many thought was on his way out after just 2 seasons. Literally 3 years in a row OU has laid eggs against Texas, and are damn lucky to not be 0-3 the last 3 years in RRR games.
