Some things to mention here for the week ahead.
1. Mid-year enrollees will be arriving this weekend.

So, yes, that means it's final interview time. Me and Josh will be dividing up them suckers Monday and get as many interviews knocked out by this weekend. Josh with the early lead, after getting Kanak last week.
2. Last week before class, so... transfer time
Absolutely. With classes beginning Jan. 18 (since Jan. 17 is MLK day), gotta make those choices. Kids gotta commit if they wanna be at OU for the spring semester. So I know we're all looking at guys like Jaxon Player, Titus Mokiao-Atimalala, maybe Antwane Wells, maybe a DB, Chubba Purdy (?). Whoever is gonna be added, prob gonna go down next 4-5 days.

- McKade Mettauer
- Daniel Parker
As of Sunday night, Jonah Laulu is not. No cause for concern, just stating the fact.
3. Dead period ends Thursday
OK, time for Venables and staff to do what they're gonna do for the February signing period. We'll have to get a feel of when OU wants official visits. Will the staff spread 'em out through the three weekends? Or pick one monster weekend and do 'em all? Caden Story, Jahlil Florence, R Mason Thomas, Ahmad Moten, Gracen Halton, etc. Fun month ahead.
4. No home games for Sooners
OU basketball has played its final home game before students return. Sooners at Texas on Tues, at TCU on Sat. Then, on the first day of classes, OU welcomes KU. Should be some sort of atmosphere. At 12-3 overall and 2-1 conference, see if OU is ranked Monday morning.
