2004, I was 14 it was my first OU/Texas game. I was with my dad and brother. We were sitting in the front row, Texas side, corner end zone. I learned who AD was and I also grabbed the Texas mascots horns and pulled on the them a couple times because he was in my face talking shit haha
last year I sat 10 rows behind Bevo. You thought you had a good time on the OU side if you were at the game. I can’t describe to you what I got to witness. I will forever remember the looks on some of the Texas fans faces and watching how giddy they were in that first half. To seeing panic and worry start to creep in once Caleb replaced Rattler and started making plays was a thing of beauty.
I’ll be there Saturday to watch us get the W or we lose and I beat up some kids dad because his entitled son was running his mouth about the win 😂
