The perfect season is now over, this is where this team will be seen as truly elite, or a middling program that’s above average in the big 12. There are GLARING issues for all to see. This is the point when bob stoops, Saban, and the truly elite coaches step in and make the changes they need to make. If that’s hurting an older players feelings by playing the younger more talented guy, or overruling a position coach that can’t figure out their rotations that’s just part of it at a blue blood program. Nic Anderson, has to be WR1, Brennan Thompson has to be on the field majority of snaps, Cayden Green has to start, Sawchuck and Walker have to be RB1 and RB2, Peyton Bowen has to start banged up or not, Kip Lewis has to take over for Kanak, Dasan has to play over Dolby. Those are decisions that now have to be made for this team to take the next step. If BV fails to make these changes, and fails to step in over some position coaches he will not last at OU. Period.
