Baylor suspends Lynwood

I guess that is why Lynwood is first on the depth chart and has rushed for 594 yards... Baylor has 3 very capable RB's. The post here is about him being suspended, one of those pesky facts.
He didn't play much against Texas and Williams was way better, UT had big trouble stopping the run, gave up 398 rushing yards.
That's nice. Now that we have that out of the way, Baylor's starting RB, Shock Linwood, a 5th year senior with 4,056 yards rushing (372 vs OU), in his career, won't be adding to that total against Oklahoma.

This is a big loss for them, especially this week vs. OU. Suspending a guy for having a "bad attitude" does not sound good and may be the sign of even more issues with this guy. Man, it must really suck to be a Baylor fan right now.
Grobe is a better coach than Baylor boosters, assistant coaches and most of the Baylor fans deserve. I can't believe the crap that is still going on in Waco. They all better watch ESPN's 30-30 the Pony Express and apply the issues with SMU's cheating to Baylor's attitude about the criminal sexual attacks by players who Briles and the administration ignored. I'm sure there are still coaches there that are guilty as well, and they had the nerve to send a letter out in support of Briles, the boosters hung banners supporting Briles from their luxury boxes, and fans selling I Support Art Briles t-shirts at the stadium??? Jim Grobe can't fix the problem when the attitude is like this among all these people. If I were him, I would get out ASAP.
Even with Linwood out, they are still pretty capable of giving us trouble Sat. This if our LB get out of position (bad trend lately) allowing Russell to do jail break plays. The LB's have got to step it up. That facet of this defense has been just as disappointing as the spongy soft DB coverage.
