The two biggest position issues on the team this season are RB and TE. The two biggest coaching issues (and recruiting ) on the team this season are RB coach and TE coach. The only somewhat justified reason a mediocre coach should be on staff is if he is a A+ recruiter, and the only somewhat justified reason a mediocre recruiter should be on the staff is if he is an A+ coach.
