I haven't really watched a.MLB game this year so I may be a little behind the times, but WTF is the Astros pitcher doing? He looks like he's doing the Samba on the mound! Is this legal? He's starting and stopping continually! OK, no one is on so that may not actually be a balk, but it's a damn weird motion on the mound.
