I know Missouri didn't want to be there (no SEC team that loses a bowl game ever does) but a nice win for the Black Knights of the Hudson.

It doesn't eliminate the stench from the Navy loss but it does end the season on a high note.

Go Army!

Great rebound from the Navy loss.
Plus, Army got the three weeks (15 days) of bowl practice which benefits next year's team.
It's nice to see players have a team-first attitude and who are true student athletes who want to represent the school and program rather than themselves and the all-about-me celebrations.....as Missouri's WR Keke Chism did when his team went ahead 22-21 with 71 seconds to play.
Army won't ever play in a championship game, its players won't leave early for NFL money or the transfer portal, but for me, it's a breath of fresh air to watch them (and Navy and Air Force) play without the nonsense that plagues CFB's overall landscape or that runs through every NFL game.
Army is and always has been my second favorite team.
