I think Rattler will play in 2019 and not necessarily in mop up duty. Look for Riley to create a few special packages for Rattler by mid-season. Perhaps sooner. There’s room for both these guys to play an important role this year. Rattler may only be on campus three years even if he redshirts so why not give him some meaningful field time this fall.

He will at least get playing time in 4 of the games. Will be interesting to see what Riley does with him.

I doubt Mordecai plays during 2019 unless Rattler redshirts. 2020, yes. Then again injuries are always in play so he’s an asset we want to keep motivated.
