We used this in little league football.
Didn't call it that much, but it literally never failed to deliver a Sack, TFL, or Incomplete Pass.

Play was basically to pull the Safeties up immediately after snap to cover any short routes, and Blitz 9.

Maybe that wouldn't work at this level - but it was so much fun!
