UPDATE: 11:57a - I know everyone is excited about the second offensive line visitor in as many days, Matt Lee of UCF.
I'm told this was something that came together late - like the last 24 hours or so - and that the staff is very high on his tape. It's more now about sizing him up and making sure he's a take.
If that checks out? The Sooners are probably in very, very good shape here.
ORIGINAL: OK guys, spoke briefly with Texas State defensive line transfer Davon Sears, who Oklahoma brought in yesterday and I'm told things went very well from a few sources.
And from Sears himself, I asked if he had come to the decision of a commitment to Oklahoma.
"Not yet, we're still working on that," Sears said.
So, I guess you could say things are getting pretty serious.
