With a nod toward the good Dr. Pacheco who loved signing day. Some observations:

1. OSU with the #60 ranked signing class. Yet they will somehow be competitive and likely beat some teams next year that ranked well ahead of them. Imagine them in a world where Gundy actually cared about recruiting.
2. Miami had a top 10 class for the first time since 2018 (wonder what changed?) when they had 2 five stars that no one has heard from since. RB Lorenzo Ligard and WR Mark Pope. The former is toiling in mediocrity at Florida and the latter spent last year at Jackson State.
3. Apparently the class of 2023 isn't paying attention to the CFP. Michigan checks in with the #17 class and TCU with #19. Perhaps they are focused on portal additions.
4. KSU, sporting B12 championship rings checks in below Baylor and Nebraska. Ouch.
5. UCLA hauled in one 5 star and still had the #45 overall class. C'mon Chip!
6. 'Bama signed 24 kids. One was a 3 star, one was a 2 star (a kicker of course). The 'Bama recruiting dominance over the past 10 years is akin to the UCLA basketball dominance of the 70's or the Bulls dynasty of the 90's. It's historic.
7. As mentioned in another thread, Tristan Leigh's little brother went unsigned.
8. OU signed guys from Florida, Oklahoma, Texas, Colorado, North Carolina, New Jersey, Missouri, Indiana, California, Washington and Tennessee. The same number (11) of states as the class of 2019. Let's all hope this class produces more results than that one did. Four 5 stars in that class - WOOF.
9. Class average * ratings for our B12-2 bunk mates: UT 3.73, TCU 3.33, WVU 3.16, TT 3.12, BU 3.1, KU 3, KSU 3, ISU 2.95, OSU 2.82.
10. Finally, to end it where it started - for Dr. P, "AHTR!!"
