Obviously it's a small sample size, but it's very interesting to see a some evidence that certain positions are much harder to predict success out of high school than others. In my mind, it makes sense as defensive positions are in general more 1 on 1 based with success leaning heavily on natural physical traits.
It's also interesting to note that we just got rid of a very offensive heavy recruiting head coach and replaced him with a more defensive heavy recruiting head coach. We're still getting top guys on O and D, but it gives some some explanation to why TBOW's top ranked classes weren't quite as good as they seemed.
