There are so many things he does where I think, “that is so cool!” or “that is a great idea!” Who wouldn’t want to play for a father figure like Coach V?!

He is believable and players can relate to his team/unit plans. So glad he is here and some skilled assistants that can recruit at elite level.

The genuine camaraderie that you see in these videos cannot be manufactured. That's something that was solely lacking in last year's team.
