Joel was a little skeptical on the Sooners entering the season and rightfully so. Lincoln Lie-ly had burnt him a few seasons in row, including last year's dud.

I said it a while back, Lebby's offense is going to be fun to watch. I think a lot of fans were nervous because everyone thought TBOW was an Offensive Genius but TBOW said last year that defenses had figured out his offense. Sure didn't look like he made any improvements or adjustments because of that.
We need to enjoy Lebby while we have him, he will be a HC one day.
Also Gabriel might not have gaudy numbers every game so far but he is seasoned and won't be the reason we lose a game. He is mature and experienced in this offense, a huge plus this year. We are in good hands all around. I don't think anyone is expecting a Natty this year but hell you never know. This team looks hungry and seem to be willing to put in the work to get better. We will see, lots of tough games ahead.
