I cancelled my account a couple of weeks ago. According to the page with my account info, It says cancelled but that I still have access until June 5, 2024. However, I have now been charged a renewal fee for another year as of yesterday. I got on the Yahoo page and have tried to start a chat-it doesn’t work. There is a number to call and it requires payment for support. They don’t show an email. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!
