I’ll preface my point by saying if we play like we have the last two weeks it probably won’t matter but as I’m thinking about this matchup between our Defense vs their Offense I think I’d welcome the idea of Ewers returning from his injury early and starting on Saturday over Card. Maybe he’s is the real deal and I’ll be the first to admit that he looked great against Bama in the limited time he was in before the injury but is this really the game (again.. regardless of how bad OU has looked the last two weeks) that you want to bring a Freshman with very limited experience in to come back and play? Given how Card has played since
that injury he certainly hasn’t been the reason for their two losses. Kind of an interesting predicament that Sark is in here.
