Coach Stoops talking up DJ Ward to the mods and Dimon starting last year @ 6'2" 270. I believe Ward is similar in size and weight to Dimon.
I know Tapper played a lot of snaps last year so DJ Ward was rarely on the field and Charles Walker was a dominat player when he was on the field (I think very few people knew about his wrist injury and he may have had a concussion issue in the regular season too that held him back from starting).
When healthy, C Walker was a complete football player and he dominated the LOS. IMO, C Walker should be the prototype DL (you could add 2-3 inches for perfection) that OU should recruit.
W respect to the 2017 recruiting class, I was hoping DL coach Thibodeaux would be able to sign 2 DT's that were Charles Walker's clones. I don't care if they are JUCOs or true freshman.
