UPDATE: 4:23p - As of now Oklahoma has NOT received Cobb's paperwork to confirm the signing but I suspect everything is being vetted and news should be released. My sources definitely confirm that it is expected though.
ORIGINAL: It appears the wait is over, Oklahoma has added four-star Waco (Texas) La Vega cornerback Parrish Cobb.
As we talked about in Scoop, and really have said all along, Oklahoma was always going to be tough to beat here - though clearly Texas was going to be an interesting scenario if it could have played out.
I've not yet confirmed this myself but a reporter who has been on top of this story from day one has now reported it so I think it's more than safe to go with.
