this team was not going unbeaten, they're simply not that good, the core of this team went 6-7 last year. This squad has been gritty and timely and getting to 7-0 was impressive. we've been in 4th quarter battles a majority of these games just like last year but this year made the plays necessary to put the game away or make the one big play, we made that play again with Downs but some VERY bizarre, losing playcalling gave them a chance.
Grind out a few more tough wins, get some key defenders healthy and we're back in the big12 title game potentially with a shot at the whole shabang despite being a fringe top 10ish team at best. I'll take it.
