I was watching old games on Youtube because I wanted to see what good defense looked like, and I’m jonesing for football in July, and watched the 1986 game where Keith Jackson saved our bacon, and then the 1987 game came on right after and we were playing at Nebraska again. I was 6 and 7 at the time, so I wouldn’t know, but was the Big 8 schedule just wacky back then? Why would we play two straight years on the road?
