I think its a toss up, but expecting another Alabama title. Just not sure how the OC change may affect the game. Clemson seems to be hitting on all cylinders, but don't know if they can play at that level for four quarters against a team like Bama. I don't care for orange or Dabo, but ready for a change even against my home state team. Only deal for me personally is that I have only a few living relatives down there and this Fall may turn out to be the last time I will see them again. Kind of a I don't care game for me. My saying that sounds funny! :(

For what it's worth, OU Realllllly needs for Clemson to get the 'W'...If they can topple 'bama, we'll have the longest winning streak, at 10, and a good start for a new one...

Additionally, I'd like to put a stop to 'bama's, tonight! It's at 26...No need to let them grow that and become even MORE motived...

If i were a betting man, would not bet against this Bama team. That defense, offensive line, and RBs too much for Clemson to handle.

42 - 31 Roll Tide

The key is quarterbacking and Clemson has the advantage.

That's what I keep thinking. I've been wrong about Bama all year and picked against them because of the true frosh QB, but didn't count on the SEC to be so down this year. The youngster hasn't played a defense as good as Clemson and he has a new play caller now. Still.....

Oklabama, good point. Bama's OC change is going to be an interesting to watch. Saban boldly put him in place. I'm thinking the Fr Bama QB is going to be OK w/ the change. Don't believe he's had a enough time (relationship) with Kiffin to make a difference.

Bama rolls more tide...
31-27

DeShaun Watson is an interception machine against even average defenses. Alabama has more non-offensive touchdowns this year than I've ever seen. But Alabama has a freshman quarterback. So I'd say either Alabama or Clemson will win. You can take that to the bank.

Veritas, there has to be a place that we can put you where you don't hurt yourself or anyone else. GREAT advice. And I like the guarantee. LMAO.

Saban boldly put him in place.

Not sure I'd call it a bold move. It was a day late and dollar short move.
I liked what Mack Brown said about coaches that take new jobs. He said he sent them all on their way the second they accepted offers with a, "Thanks and bye-bye."
He also admitted to letting down the Sooners in the 1985 Orange Bowl vs Washington. He said that he was too busy recruiting for Tulane and didn't properly focus on the bowl game.

Mack is right. I told my good friend and boss I had accepted a new position with a competitor and he asked me to give him 6 weeks. I agreed after talking with my new company, but that 6 weeks was the least productive time I had in 13 years. I knew it and so did everyone else. I never forgot that lesson, and did exactly what Mack described when it happened to me.

I work in an industry where it is just the norm that when someone leaves to go to a competitor, they are escorted out of the building within minutes of notifying management.
The first change (and only change that was my choice) I made, I told my new employer to let me go in on Tuesday and give notice, take Wednesday off and play for a day, then I would start on Thursday.
Couldn't believe my old employer asked me to stay for my whole two weeks' notice.
I will say "least productive" doesn't even begin to describe those two weeks for me.

I'm with you. Big Al has no place in Alabama sports. Something is weird it the State of Alabama. Both Bama and Auburn use two school mascots. Auburn uses War Eagles and the Tigers. Alabama uses The Crimson Tide and Big Al.
Of course when I moved to Minnesota people would ask me why we use SOONERS, especially since they cheated and left early.

LOL. You can always count on Veritas to tell the TRUTH. So it's Bama or Clemson......who do you like... I mean think is going to win?

I'm sticking to my guns, which means I haven't got a clue. I think either team can win, which means it will probably come down to special teams, turnovers, and who can run it better. The line has only move about 1/2 point (towards Clemson) since it opened.

But I wouldn't even bet 5 dollars of your money on this game. :D

This is what the game came down to last year. That onside kick by Alabama last year was the back breaker. And a frikin genius call!!!
