In 2015 if we are to be successful? Coaching and scheming are probably the more important factors, but in terms of individual play, who would you like to see improve the most?
On offense, I would say Ty Darlington. I don't remember paying much attention to him during the season, other than that he was a lot smaller than the rest of the O-Line; That being said, Hal Mumme himself (Or it may have been the Pirate) said that in the Air Raid Offense, the center is the 2nd most important guy on the field other than the QB. WR's not named Sterling Shepard could also stand to step it up.
I can't make up my mind on defense yet. Outside of Zack Sanchez, our Secondary was pretty bad last year. The (Inside) linebackers also seemed to be pretty invisible. I guess I would say whoever will start on the opposite side of Sanchez needs to be a big play maker.
Next year we might be a good team again, or we might be hot garbage like last year. I honestly don't even know what to expect from the OU football team anymore. Just curious who you think needs to step up the most.
