OU wins two straight Big 12 titles and plays in a CFP, while OSU could possibly go 24-2 and have no Big 10 titles and no CFP births?

Well....Ohio State still has that natty from 2014 that is keeping them happy. Besides, OSU being 9-1 and #2 in the country, not sure how you can cash that check right now saying they won't get into the CFP.

But right now, I would absolutely prefer OU's football program to be on the level Ohio State is right now. Do you really think Ohio State fans and coaches look at OU right now with envy??

The CFP puts heavy weight on conference titles, this ain't the BCS. I think Meyer has tOSU wanting to make CFP and get the Big 10 title EVERY year. 12-1 is good for recruits, but Meyers says those are blown national title shots.

I'm going to sit back and watch what happens until December 3rd and then I'll be in a much better position to discuss what may come to be after the CCG games are set. At this point, it's all up in the air. I bet there are going to be a surprise or three. There typically are. That's a good part of college football.

How will that work out if Michigan wins out the rest of the way??
Then they aren't champion chumps, just chumps...

Michigan has played a weak schedule, yet were in it being undefeated. PSU lost to them, beat tOSU, and were still way behind them. So head to head didn't trump tOSU strength of schedule?

A lot can still happen. I see tOSU giving Michigan a beat down, missing out of the B1G championship, and going to the CFP still possibly...
