Everyone knows that seed 1 plays seed 4, and seed 2 plays seed 3. And we also know that one of the semi-final games will be in the Orange Bowl, and the other will be at the Cotton Bowl. I thought it was decided already that the game of 1 vs 4 was at the Cotton Bowl. However, my reading of the college foot playoff protocol (http://www.collegefootballplayoff.com/selection-committee-protocol) suggests that the committee will decide which game plays at which site. Has anyone heard this?
