What was the Daxton Hill story?

He was suppose to come to the BBQ but never showed. I think after that, the writing was on the wall.
I think he was a Michigan lock pretty early in the process, although he did switch to Alabama before jumping back to the Wolverines. His brother, Justice was a RB at OSU, now with Ravens. I don't recall Dax being crystal balled to OU in his process.
