I haven't completely set the menu yet, but I'm thinking I'll prepare some smoked, bacon wrapped fingerling potatoes, a smoked brisket, burgundy mushrooms, mac-n-cheese, broccoli/cauliflower gratin, my pinto beans and maybe have a peach cobbler for dessert. Lots of beer and wine and then staying home and out of the crazy ass traffic.
