BD and PT, several months ago during a podcast or YouTube live, you were both adamant that Demarco Murray was an "elite recruiter" and had the ability to close on basically any running back in the class. Since these statements, James Peoples has committed to Ohio State; Stacy Gage has gone to UCF; and Taylor Tatum, Caden Durham, and Xavier Robinson are trending at best 50% to Oklahoma. Additionally, Tovani Mizzell and Jerrick Gibson aren't good enough to be in this class in the eyes of the staff.
My question to you is: was your read on Demarco Murray's recruiting ability incorrect considering he can't seem to close on any of these recruits, or was your initial read correct and the circumstances have been difficult for DM? (Please do not refer to older recruiting classes; I am just curious about this class and why it hasn't shaped up to your expectations ~5 months ago)
