Give this some thought. Link has 3 losses 17-3 as OUr head coach. In those 3 loses the offense scored 31 on ISU, 48 on Georgia and 45 on Texas, that’s an avg of better than 41/per game in the ones you lose. If we had a slightly above avg defense Link could very well be 21-0 with number 8 in his pocket. Even if we had lost to Alabama in the championship last year he would be 20-1 and all of college football would have crowned him and Oklahoma as the most likely successors to Alabama’s throne. Link is young and will only get better. Recruiting is trending up. Special teams are showing life for the first time this decade. Now it’s time to do what ever is necessary to move this defense forward. BOOMER SOONER I have not missed a game since 1990 and will be watching in 2 weeks.
