Oklahoma is done in the NBA. Bottom 3 markets will never draw free agents. Heck, the bottom 25 markets will never draw free agents it seems. Only chance is to grow organically through the lottery. Smart move dumping Westbrook while he has value in draft picks. He is an athletic triple-double waiting to happen, but he is not a guy that can carry a team to a championship like Leonard.
I feel bad for CP3. One of the greatest PGs of all-time, and he is stuck on a hopeless team that is likely trying to tank now. If I'm not mistaken, he still has 3 years left on contract which takes him to age 37 (worthless). His only hope now is to have OKC trade him for some picks as well. I'm pretty sure we'll see that happen if anyone can afford to pick up his contract.
