This is the greatest collegiate team in the history of women’s sports. People can talk about UCONN all they want but going undefeated in that sport happens often.
Softball and baseball are the two hardest sports to consistently win. Not only did this team lead the nation in every important statistic known to man but it did something I doubt we’ll ever see again. It played every team in the CWS this year and went undefeated against those teams. Patty has had some great ones and I’m sure we win it again next year but this team will not be topped.
