IMO, a play that would be unstoppable, particularly on third and medium would be a play that Nebraska designed years ago. Kyler takes the snap, runs wide as if he's taking the ball, and then he backs up and completes a pass over the middle.
A couple of times yesterday when Kyler was being spied and stopped for little or no gain, I saw Sermon sitting in the middle of the field with literally no defender within 5 yards of him.
