Georgia bringing in a nice class, probably #1 class come signing day. Why are so many 5 star athletes from the west coast going to Georgia. They have 3 five players from that area. They will have 2 five star running backs in this class. Wonder if they are pulling an Ole Miss and playing dirty. I read that UGA was fined 10k for minor recruiting violations. I'm also wondering if there is more to that and that's why the #1 RB Evans hasn't/cant signed yet.

They do send a lot of guys to the NFL, but Kirby Smart has been an excellent recruiter everywhere he's coached. He can just relate to the players, their families and close the deal. This will be the 2nd or 3rd year in a row that he's had a higher recruiting class than Saban, which drives St. Nick insane!
Seems like there is enough smoke that it bears investigation....
Kirby may be a great recruiter but as HC he doesn’t inspire any confidence; not playing Fields, fake punt, his sideline demeanor, it all looks not inspiring at best.....
He most likely sells the easy path to an SEC CCG, they play a bunch of poor east teams....

He won the sec title and advance to the CFP NC in his 2nd season, the state of ga is loaded with talent and Kirby is a better recruiter than Mark Richt (Richt's average recruiting ranking was 8 Kirby is 3). I don't believe Kirby is cheating. When OU and other teams pull elite players out of the state of ga are they cheating to?
They are down to one 5 star running back. 5 star Zach Evans from Texas has been told he is not welcome at UGA. Evans is supposedly a head case.
