UCF? Conference team additions?

I hate the idea of adding a mid major program but UCF is currently the best team in Florida and has the largest Alumni in their State. Should we give them a shot in the Big 12-2?

Who would be #12 if they are #11?

I’m thinking Memphis for Basketball and Football.
