TXDot Signs Hacked by Horns Fan? Dallas Residents

I was just driving up Central and the TXDot digital traffic sign said this:

"Buckle Up
The Eyes of Texas are Upon You"

"Drive Safely
OK Cool,
Hook'em"

Anyone in Dallas/Texas see the TXDot message boards say this? Were they hacked or did TXDot really send out this on there emergency message boards? Going to be crazy this weekend here in Dallas.
